Radiant Senior Living in Bozeman, MT is seeking an experienced licensed nurse to join our care-centered team at Bozeman Lodge. This full-time day-shift role focuses on coordinating admissions, assessing resident needs, and delivering compassionate care to seniors.

You will document observations, stay current with state regulations, and respond to emergencies per community policies. A 2-year degree and active nursing license are required, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualificações

• Current nursing license in good standing.
• Experience in community or long-term care settings.
• Geriatric assessment skills and knowledge of dementia care.
• Compassionate, patient and kind with a heart for seniors.

• Assist in the coordination of the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs to determine whether the community team can meet the prospect’s required level of care
• Document and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes in physical, mental, or behavioral conditions
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in the resident care plan
• Respond to emergency needs as designated by community policies
