Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Cary, IL is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and meet daily medication needs with compassion and dignity. You will follow the MAR and Six Rights, and use the eMAR system to document and manage medications.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Willing to learn Bickford’s eMAR system.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident MAR to administer medications as ordered.
• Adhere to Six Rights of Medication Administration and internal policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff as appropriate.
• Demonstrate leadership in the Bickford Mission on shift.
