Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Wellness Nurse to support resident care and confidently manage daily medication needs with compassion and respect for each resident’s dignity.

The role involves following physician orders, using the eMAR system, and leading a team on shift to ensure high-quality care and adherence to policy. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six rights of medication administration and policy.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for guidance on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff on shift.
