Job summary

Monarch Communities in Beverly, MA seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Wellness Nurse team led by the Health and Wellness Director. This full-time role focuses on holistic resident wellness and supervising nursing assistants in daily activities.

You will monitor residents’ health, assist with medication administration, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and participate in quality assurance to uphold our mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active license.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care or similar setting.
• Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Monitors the health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assists in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Promote the highest degree of service in line with the company mission.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
