Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks of resident care associates.
• Collaborate with the Resident Care Director on staffing and on-call duties.
• Monitor residents' health needs and adjust care plans per state requirements.
• Administer topical and oral medications and injections where regulated.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
• Assist with family communications and provide support during care planning.
