Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN to join our clinical team onsite. You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor resident health changes, and support medication management on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in senior living or clinical settings, strong assessment and documentation skills, and excellent communication with families and care teams. This role emphasizes compliance, infection control, and team training.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
