Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor health changes and assist with medication management while upholding compliance and safety across care teams.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and 1+ year of relevant experience, with strong assessment, documentation and communication skills to collaborate with families and physicians.
