YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help grow membership and retain participants through proactive member engagement and program collaboration.

The role emphasizes delivering quality wellness services, data entry for member records, and coordination with branch departments to meet community needs. Strong customer service and health/wellness background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and service preferred.
• Experience in health and wellness strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a member-focused atmosphere to build relationships with YMCA members, participants, volunteers, guests and donors.
• Greets members and guests and assists with workout needs within the consultant's scope.
• Maintains cleanliness and disinfection of Wellness Center equipment and reports issues.
