Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Midwest City, OK is seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator to drive memberships and deliver exceptional patient service. You will greet patients, check them in, handle calls, and promote wellness offerings in a fast-paced clinic.

This role requires at least one year of sales experience, strong phone/computer skills, and the ability to work Wednesdays–Saturdays with a 9:30am to 7:00pm window. Health benefits and retirement options are included.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Possess a winning attitude and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• Primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greet members and patients, check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Maintain knowledge of membership options and promotions.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Keep management apprised of member concerns and follow policies.
