Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, making a friendly first impression.
• Manage clinic flow and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships accurately.
• Support sales goals by converting patients to members.
• Maintain patient records and use POS software for data entry.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Keep front desk and clinic clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team and chiropractors to ensure great patient experience.
