Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Wellness Coordinator in Broomfield-Westminster, CO for a full-time, on-site role. This position focuses on greeting patients, streamlining clinic flow, selling wellness plans, and supporting sales goals.

You’ll engage with patients, maintain records, and contribute to a positive patient experience. Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service and sales experience, strong communication skills, and a team-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
