Job summary

Vita Bella Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Membership / Sales Specialist to be the first contact for prospective members. In-office to start with hybrid eligibility after 4–6 months, you will handle inbound inquiries, perform membership consultations, and guide candidates through pricing and next steps.

This role focuses on relationship-building and education rather than clinical advice; you explain programs, address questions, and help eligible individuals move toward a provider visit.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally phone-based or membership sales.
• Clear spoken and written English with confident phone presence.
• Reliable in-office schedule in Scottsdale, with hybrid after 4–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls and inquiries from people exploring Vita Bella membership.
• Place outbound calls to warm leads and follow up until the conversation is complete.
• Lead membership consultations: walk prospective members through program, pricing, labs, and next steps.
• Explain hormone and peptide therapy programs at a high level, without giving medical advice.
• Qualify interest and enroll members or book the appropriate next step.
• Maintain CRM notes, track pipeline, and hit daily activity and conversion goals.
• Coordinate hand-off to clinical operations for provider review and protocol setup.
• Stay current on membership plans, included care options, and wholesale pricing.
