Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and fitness experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and member services aligned with goals.
• Promote YMCA programs and community involvement.
• Handle transactions and maintain clean, organized front desk.
