Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living Group is seeking a Wellness Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to residents under supervision. You will manage medication processes, document care, and support resident well-being in a respectful, professional environment.

The role requires an LPN or RN license with at least 1 year in a senior living setting preferred. Join a faith-driven, servant-leadership team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN licensure and active status.
• Ability to communicate warmly with residents, families and teammates.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Act (FHA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect resident care under supervision of leadership.
• Assist with medication management following state regulations and policies.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas at all times.
• Document care and maintain accurate resident charts and records.
• Coordinate with the Resident Wellness Director and families as needed.
