Job summary

Brandywine Governor's Crossing by Monarch Communities seeks a part-time/per diem Wellness Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care with a focus on holistic wellness. The role includes supervising CNA and HHAs under the Health and Wellness Director, ensuring quality care on-site at Englishtown, NJ.

An active LPN license with at least 2 years in long-term care or related settings is required, plus strong regulatory knowledge and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital exposure.
• Experience with residents with dementia preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations and practices.
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook and Excel; ability to learn new apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents with emphasis on holistic wellness.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Supervise care staff (CNA/HHA) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in medication administration training and monitoring.
• Conduct resident assessments and uphold quality standards.
• Support mission and deliver compassionate service to residents.
