Brandywine Governor's Crossing in Englishtown, NJ seeks a part-time and/or per diem Wellness Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic wellness. The role involves supervising CNAs and HHAs and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

An accredited nursing program graduate with an active LPN license is required; 2+ years in long-term care or related settings is preferred, with dementia care experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and nursing education from an accredited program.
• 2+ years in long-term or similar care settings preferred.
• Experience with residents with dementia a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care with emphasis on holistic wellness.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs and HHAs where applicable.
• Monitor health, safety, and well‑being of residents; assist in medication administration where appropriate.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and document findings.
• Ensure care adheres to state/federal regulations and community policies.
