Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Home Services Caregiver to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in independent living. You will assist with daily living activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.

The role requires HS diploma or equivalent,-HHA training or verifiable experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program, or equivalent verifiable training and experience.
• Minimum of three months’ hands-on caregiving experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within three months of employment.
• If transporting a resident, valid state driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report changes promptly to supervisor.
