Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Florida is seeking a Wellness Home Services Caregiver to deliver compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities for residents in independent living settings.

You will monitor residents' well-being, report changes to supervisors, and help maintain safety, dignity, and comfort while upholding privacy. Eligible for benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved Home Health Aide (HHA) training program, or equivalent training that meets state requirements.
• Minimum three months’ caregiving experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months).
• If transporting a resident, valid state driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents in independent living.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to supervisor for proactive care.
