Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking a Health Services Office Coordinator to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a dynamic, nonprofit environment. The role combines direct care, medication administration, and wellness advocacy to improve participants’ safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include coordination of on-site and off-site services, maintaining confidential health records, and collaborating with nursing staff to implement health plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Additional certification in medication administration as required by Ohio state rules.
• Willing to pursue certification in wellness advocacy within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and medication management per delegated certifications.
• Coordinate wellness advocacy and documentation for participant services.
• Maintain compliant records and reporting for off-site locations.
