Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking a Direct Service Professional at Woodlawn in Cincinnati, OH. This Regular Full Time role supports participants in facility and community-based programs, focusing on life skills development and community integration.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized programming, data collection for goal tracking, and promoting safety and engagement in both facility and community settings. Strong communication and CPR/First Aid training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background checks, registry checks, and DMV/DOT tests may be required.
• CPR and CPI training; First Aid and emergency procedures training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planned work, recreational, and community programs.
• Provide behavioral instruction to improve skills and social interactions.
• Document daily goals and production data for payroll.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed.
• Transport participants in company vehicles.
• Coordinate with departments to gather work supplies.
