Holistic Industries is seeking team members to join our retail stores and deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer. You will share cannabis knowledge, assist with product questions, and help build a warm, informed shopping environment that encourages repeat visits.

When We Complete A Background Check

After reviewing your application, Holistic Industries may extend a conditional offer of employment. Subject to legal requirements, Holistic Industries may use a third-party vendor to conduct a background check on you. In doing so, Holistic Industries will receive your personal identifiers (name, physical address, telephone number, and Social Security number) and professional or employment information (employment history and educational history) from our vendor. We use this personal information to assess your application and suitability for the position for which you have applied and to comply with legal requirements.

• When You Undertake Drug-Screening

After reviewing your application, Holistic Industries may extend a conditional offer of employment. Subject to legal requirements, Holistic Industries may use a third-party vendor to conduct drug-screening. In doing so, Holistic Industries will receive your personal identifiers (name) and your medical information (drug-test results) from our vendor. We use this personal information to assess your application and suitability for the position for which you have applied and to comply with legal requirements.

• When We Complete Identity Verification

If you pass the background check and/or drug screening, we will collect additional personal information so that Holistic Industries can verify your employment eligibility. To do so, we will have you complete a Form I-9. When you complete the Form I-9, we will collect your personal identifiers (date of birth, Social Security number, driver's
