Holistic Industries is seeking a cultivation professional to perform tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM, and data tracking to improve plant growth. You will help train teammates and share best practices in fertigation and cultivation workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with IPM and fertigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM etc.
• Train and mentor new team members and answer questions to assist in team development.
• Serve as an expert for all cultivation best practices such as fertigation mixtures, etc.
• Track and record plant data with care to keep improving plant growth.
• Work with the team to find new ways to make cultivation smoother and efficient.
