Massage Envy Magnolia-Westwood Village in Magnolia, TX is seeking motivated team members to deliver outstanding customer care and promote Total Body Care. Full-time and part-time roles include greeting guests, scheduling, educating clients on services, and helping grow our member base.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program.
• Schedule appointments and support clinic flow by answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
