Massage Envy Magnolia is seeking team members who are passionate about wellness and customer care. You will help guests understand Total Body Care, book appointments, and promote the Wellness Program while building lasting relationships at the Magnolia clinic.

The role offers full-time and part-time options with flexible hours, opportunities for bonuses and commissions, and ongoing product training to support career growth in a welcoming, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Interest in total body care and knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services and promote homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
