Massage Envy Indian Trail is hiring for a part-time team member to deliver exceptional customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and drive service bookings. You will help manage client flow, answer inquiries, and contribute to a positive, professional spa environment.

Ideal candidates have retail/sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills to build relationships with guests. A passion for wellness and skincare is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be critical thinkers with strong math and computer skills and be able to multitask.
• Strong people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services and products, and book future visits.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, and responding to emails.
