Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Wellness Representative to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role combines sales with customer service, acting as the first and last impression in the studio, guiding tours, explaining memberships, and promoting wellness services.

• Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from the first client interaction through membership enrollment.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for memberships, retail products, and wellness services.
• Conduct studio tours and educate prospective clients on our services and membership options.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat visits.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing members to maximize conversions and retention.
• Promote special offers, events, and new wellness services.
• Greet every client with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily studio operations.
• Answer questions and recommend wellness services based on each client's goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
