Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front-desk contact for patients from check-in to checkout.
• Explain wellness plans, memberships, pricing, and services clearly.
• Support revenue and membership goals through effective communication and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate patient information and perform daily reconciliation at POS.
• Handle patient questions, scheduling needs, and confidential information with professionalism.
