Candidates with sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills will excel.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior front desk, receptionist, healthcare, wellness, or administrative experience preferred.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, phone systems, electronic records, and point-of-sale systems.
• Confident discussing services, memberships, and packages with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and members upon arrival and complete check-in procedures.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems.
• Process payments and support point-of-sale functions.
• Educate patients on available membership and package options.
• Support patient retention and clinic sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records and complete basic reporting tasks.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Help create a welcoming, efficient, and professional patient experience.
