Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages.
• Support sales goals by converting patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts.
