Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills; able to stand/sit long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships confidently.
• Support sales goals by converting patients into members.
• Answer calls and assist with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Keep the front desk and clinic environment clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors for a positive patient experience.
