Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Demonstrate strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Possess excellent people skills and build positive guest relationships.
• Support total body care with general knowledge of massage and skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services, promote the Wellness Program, and book future appointments.
• Encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
• Participate in training and contribute to a supportive team environment.
