Job summary

LIVE Hydration Spa is seeking an outgoing Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll welcome clients, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and explain wellness services to help clients choose options that fit their goals.

We value a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused approach. Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred; willing to train.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfortable learning wellness services to explain options.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments and manage client check-in and checkout.
• Answer phone calls, texts, and client questions.
• Learn our wellness services and confidently explain options to clients.
• Help clients identify services and memberships that fit their goals.
• Educate clients about IV therapy, injections, PEMF, red light therapy, peptides, and other wellness services.
• Support membership enrollment and client retention.
• Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and ready for clients.
• Assist nurses and other team members as needed.
• Follow up with clients and help ensure questions are answered.
• Take ownership of problems and help find solutions rather than simply passing them along.

LIVE Hydration Spa is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and client-focused Front Desk / Client Experience Associate to join our team.

Our front desk team plays an important role in creating the experience our clients have from the moment they walk through the door. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates well, takes initiative, and can help clients feel comfortable and cared for.

This is a part-time position. We are currently looking for someone who is available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, along with some weekend shifts. Please make sure this availability works for you before applying.

What You’ll Do
