Responsibilities

• Greet members by name upon arrival & departure from the fitness floor.
• Ensure safe and effective training sessions tailored to client goals and abilities.
• Maintain and clean fitness floor and equipment, wash towels, and other duties as assigned.
• Offer assistance to members and answer questions regarding equipment and workouts.
• Promote wellness programs including Personal Training, Massage, Group Exercise, Physical Therapy and Charity Events.
• Walk the gym regularly to interact with members.
• Schedule and conduct new member orientations.
• Enforce Center rules (age limit, cell phone, etc.).
