Job summary

Workout Anytime in Englewood, FL is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to warmly greet members and guests and direct them as they enter the gym. You will manage check-ins, assist with tours and memberships, handle phone inquiries, and support front desk operations.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fitness environment. Training programs and employee discounts are offered to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greets each member and guest promptly using the proper greeting for time of day to create a friendly positive entrance and departure to and from the gym
• Personally checks each member into the gym using the proper check-in procedures
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures
• Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
• Assists guests with purchasing a new membership
• Answers phone in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone greeting techniques
• Processes retail and concession sales
• Cleans and maintains the front desk area
