Dunwoody Country Club is hiring a part-time Front Desk Customer Service representative for the on-site fitness center in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on member greetings, safety, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the wellness experience.

Candidates should be reliable, personable, and comfortable guiding members through workouts and wellness programs while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in the safe and effective use of gym equipment.
• Previous experience working in a gym or fitness facility.
• Commitment to working scheduled shifts.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name upon arrival & departure from the fitness floor.
• Ensure safe and effective training sessions tailored to client goals and abilities.
• Maintain and clean fitness floor and equipment, wash towels, and other duties as assigned.
• Offer assistance to members and answer questions regarding equipment and workouts.
• Promote wellness programs including Personal Training, Massage, Group Exercise, Physical Therapy and Charity Events.
• Walk the gym regularly to interact with members.
• Schedule and conduct new member orientations.
• Enforce Center rules (age limit, cell phone, etc.).
