Job summary

YMCA Southcoast in Swansea, MA is seeking a part-time Wellness Floor Coordinator/Attendant to welcome members, guide equipment use, and help maintain a safe, clean wellness center.

You will greet guests, orient them to fitness equipment, monitor floor activity, enforce safety policies, and assist with wellness programs and services as needed.

This role requires reliable attendance, strong customer service, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of fitness equipment (training provided).
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must be reliable and able to work independently.

The Wellness Floor Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment in the Wellness Center. This role supports members and guests by providing basic equipment guidance, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to safety policies.
