Job summary

YMCA Southcoast is seeking a Wellness Floor Attendant to create a welcoming and safe environment in the Wellness Center. You will greet members, guide equipment use, and maintain cleanliness throughout your shift.

You will monitor safety, enforce center policies, and assist in promoting wellness programs and services. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire, and independence in duties is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and customer service-focused.
• Basic understanding of fitness equipment (training provided).
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
