Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop engaging campaigns and communications that connect employees with fitness and wellbeing programs across client locations. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to create promotional materials, support events and wellbeing initiatives, and find new ways to raise awareness, participation, and engagement.

This Monday–Friday role can be based in Smithfield, RI; Covington, KY; Merrimack, NH; Westlake, TX; or Durham, NC, and requires a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field with 2–4 years of experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Experience developing high-level digital and multimedia marketing collateral and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging campaigns and communications that connect employees with fitness and wellbeing programs across client locations.
• Create promotional materials and support events and wellbeing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and participation.
• Maintain brand consistency across materials and channels.
