Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop engaging campaigns and communications that connect employees with fitness and wellbeing programs across client locations. This Monday-Friday role can be based in Smithfield, RI; Covington, KY; Merrimack, NH; Westlake, TX; or Durham, NC.

You will partner with stakeholders to create promotional materials, support events and wellbeing initiatives, and drive awareness, participation, and engagement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field; 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to occasionally travel overnight for events and business needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and quality customer service.
• Experience developing high-level digital and multimedia marketing collateral.
• Experience coordinating multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication campaigns to drive member awareness, participation, and utilization of programs, services, and events.
• Create and coordinate communications and promotional materials in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate development and implementation of member retention programs.
• Create and maintain a marketing library of various program templates.
• Support recruitment, retention, and satisfaction efforts through targeted marketing and communications.
• Identify and promote collaborative marketing opportunities that increase awareness and engagement.
• Partner with event organizers and providers to promote fairs, events and community activities.
• Partner with stakeholders on overall engagement strategy and manage client-specific branded templates.
