The Goddess Collection is seeking a sophisticated Customer Experience & Wellness Support Phone Representative to serve as the primary voice of our brand, blending strategic thinking with wellness education and logistics management.

The ideal candidate can quickly learn detailed herbal products, resolve multi-layered logistics challenges, and proactively elevate the customer journey while collaborating with Production and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Must quickly learn new software and product formulations within 48 hours.
• Proven ability to resolve gray-area problems where SOPs are not readily available.
• Excellent command of professional English; maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end resolution for complex customer inquiries about orders, formulations, and wellness consultations.
• Analyze feedback and data trends to improve workflow and the Goddess Experience.
• Provide tailored consultations with expert knowledge of the holistic catalog.
• Use CRM tools, Shopify, and shipping software with 100% accuracy to track customer lifecycles and data in Netsuite.
• De-escalate crises and turn negative experiences into long-term brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with Production and Warehouse to address product quality and shipping bottlenecks.
