Qualifications

• Passion for health and wellness; creates exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail (preferred).
• Strong communication with guest-first mindset.
• Team-oriented; lead by example.
• Ability to work in fast-paced food and beverage, retail.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach during shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly guest experience from welcome to goodbye.
• Sample products and tell stories about ingredients and benefits.
• Drive sales by recommending products and enroll loyalty members.
• Model elevated service and teamwork to meet sales goals.
• Open and close store; complete daily checklists.
• Assist with inventory and restocking; share guest feedback with GM.
