Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is expanding its presence at Ulta locations in Seattle,WA, seeking a Wellness Advisor to boost sales, educate customers and build brand awareness. You will recruit and educate store teams on Saje products and benefits, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires energy for consumer engagement, product knowledge and strong relationship-building. Weekend and holiday availability are needed; a scented environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Consumer-facing sales experience in multi-branded retailer such as Sephora, Ulta or Target with a track record of results
• Aptitude for consumer engagement, product sales, product knowledge & brand messaging
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive drive balanced with a team-oriented, positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a scented environment, testing and demonstrating products
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about wellness and the plant-based products

Responsibilities

• Launch Saje at Ulta; drive sales, education, brand awareness and new customer acquisition
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain product knowledge on benefits and ingredients to educate consumers and store employees
• Develop and nurture retail relationships; empower store employees with knowledge about Saje
• Execute brand-led events
• Ensure products are well presented through merchandising upkeep
• Provide insights after each shift to help improvements
• Contribute to a team environment with inclusion and belonging
