Job summary

Summit Athletic Club seeks an energetic Performance & Wellness Experience Manager to actively engage clients on the floor, guide them through Recovery and Wellness services, and connect them with memberships and products. You will ensure a seamless client journey and work with multiple teams to deliver world-class service.

Successful candidates will be sales-oriented, personable, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, ensuring no client inquiry is missed

Qualifications

Previous experience with sales and customer service is extremely important.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced wellness setting.

Responsibilities

Be highly visible and engaged with clients throughout the Recovery & Wellness Center.
Welcome clients, ask questions, learn goals, and connect them with right services.
Understand offerings across Recovery, Wellness, Red Light, and Body Scan.
Educate clients on services and upsell where appropriate.
Assist with memberships, checkout, and client charging.
Maintain scheduling, charting, and administrative systems.
Support front desk during busy periods and troubleshoot issues.
Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships.
