Job summary

Summit Athletic Club in Vermont seeks an energetic Recovery & Wellness Experience Manager to be on the floor, guiding clients through services and ensuring a world-class experience across Recovery, Wellness, Red Light Therapy, 3-D Body Scanning, and memberships.

You’ll be highly visible, greet clients, learn their goals, connect them with the right services, assist with memberships, packages, and checkout, and help maintain an organized, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience is very important.
• Experience in medical spa or wellness setting is a plus.
• Comfortable working on the floor and engaging with clients to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Be highly visible and engaged with clients throughout the Recovery & Wellness Center.
• Welcome clients and help connect them with the right services.
• Understand and communicate offerings across Recovery, Wellness, Red Light Therapy, 3-D Body Scan, memberships, products and services.
• Assist with memberships, packages, products, upgrades, checkout, and proper client charging.
• Understand scheduling, charting, checkout, payment, and administrative systems.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Support promotions, events, social media, and client communications.
