Job summary

Canyon Ranch is hiring for Banquets & Events support roles at our Spicewood, TX location. The positions involve setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, arranging seating, and assisting staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Roles require energy, hospitality, and teamwork, with options for part-time or full-time schedules. Starting pay is $21.63 per hour, onsite in Spicewood with shifts that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm, professionalism and warm hospitality; strong guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues according to event orders and floor plans.
• Arrange and position tables, chairs, linens, and audiovisual equipment for events.
• Break down and reset event spaces efficiently after functions.
• Transport, handle, and store banquet equipment safely including tables, chairs and risers.
• Assist servers and event staff with room refreshes, water stations, supplies, and guest requests.
• Follow banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate changes to supervisors.
