Canyon Ranch in Spicewood, TX is hiring for part-time and full-time hospitality roles for our Texas Hill Country opening Fall 2026. Join a team delivering wellness-focused dining and guest experiences.

As a frontline host, you will greet guests, manage seating, learn about our healthy cuisine and spa offerings, and help maintain the venue. Experience in food & beverage and physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

What you'll do as a Canyon Ranch colleague:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and promptly seating them at perfectly set tables.


• Support restaurant operations by monitoring table availability, balancing seating, and assisting with side work before, during, and after shifts.


• Gain and maintain knowledge of healthy cuisine and spa offerings to answer guest questions accurately.


• Maintain cleanliness and standards throughout the dining venue, including restrooms, lounge areas, and mocktail stations.


• Complete administrative tasks such as server counts, menu abstracting, and filing, and report guest concerns or complaints to supervisors.

Qualifications

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests.


• Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.


• 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage (non-fast food) preferred.


• Position requires regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.


• Food Handler's certification may be required depending on assignment.

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.19/hour.

The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Position will be onsite in Spicewood, TX beginning 9/28/2026.
