Job summary

Front Porch seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant at Spring Lake Village - Resident Services in Santa Rosa, California. This full-time role supports the Life Enrichment Director to implement the Front Porch Vitality Initiative by planning and delivering comprehensive programming addressing six dimensions of wellness.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and ability to operate phones, fax, copier and emergency call systems.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors.
• Assists with coordinating resident and outside volunteers for Life Enrichment programming.
• Collaborates with departments involved in activity programs.
• Assists with timely placement of seasonal decor.
• Coordinates collaboration with outside community organizations.
• Coordinates on- and off-campus events which may require transportation.
• Operates technical equipment required for running activities program.
• Assists with administrative duties including office equipment operation.
• Maintains fiscal responsibility within the departmental budget.
• Follows safety standards and participates in campus safety programs.
• Attends mandatory meetings and in-services as required.
