Sunny View Retirement Community is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in implementing the Vitality Initiative through engaging programming across six wellness dimensions. The role may assume leadership in the director's absence.

The position is full-time with benefits, schedule varies, and requires coordination with residents, families, and staff to deliver comprehensive activities and events. Training on safety and PPE is provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Essential: Computer literacy to handle phones, copier and emergency systems.
• Essential: Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Essential: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, and vendors.
• Coordinate volunteers for Life Enrichment programming.
• Collaborate with departments on activity programs and events.
• Assist in seasonal decor placement and campus events coordination.
• Handle administrative duties and operate office equipment.
