Job summary

Front Porch Communities & Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant at Spring Lake Village to support the Life Enrichment Director in delivering a comprehensive wellness program for residents. You will assist with activities, events, and coordination of volunteers across departments to ensure engaging experiences.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and collaboration with campus teams, with opportunities to step into leadership in the director's absence.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy; handle phones, fax and copier; emergency call systems.
• Effective presentation in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Enrichment Director in planning and carrying out programming and events.
• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, and vendors.
• Coordinate volunteers for Life Enrichment activities and work with multiple departments.
