Lutheran Senior Services seeks a Lifestyle Enrichment Guide to plan and implement activities that enhance residents' wellness across social, intellectual, physical and spiritual domains. You will collaborate with a team to create engaging programs and support individual resident interests.

You must be CPR certified, customer-service oriented, and capable of coordinating activities, with a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Demonstrates high level of customer service and person-centered care.
• Enjoyment of creativity and interpersonal interaction through activities.
• Desire to be part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Active driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, implements and evaluates residents’ lifestyle enrichment pursuits.
• Observes residents’ attendance, mood and involvement to support individual needs.
• Prepares rooms and transports residents to/from activities; cleans up after programs.
• Responds to residents based on activity level and interests.
• Advocates for residents and communicates changes to supervisor and team.
• May serve as a back-up chauffeur for offsite transport if licensed.
